1. Appointments and Bookings
- All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking system or by contacting us directly.
- Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date contact information.
- A confirmation message will be sent upon successful booking.
- We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
2. Service Policies
- Our services are performed by independent stylists who set their own pricing and policies.
- Prices and service availability are subject to change without prior notice.
- We are not responsible for any reactions or outcomes due to disclosed or undisclosed allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions.
3. Payment and Refunds
- Payment is due at the time of service.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
- All sales are final; no refunds will be issued for completed services.
- In case of dissatisfaction, please contact us within 48 hours to discuss potential solutions.
4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
- Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost.
- No-shows may be required to prepay for future appointments.
- Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in denial of future services.
5. Gift Cards and Promotions
- Gift cards are non-refundable and must be used within the stated validity period.
- Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
6. Liability Waiver
- Clients acknowledge that all services are provided at their own risk.
- Afton Blu and its independent stylists are not responsible for any adverse effects from services rendered.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
- Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
